This seller only got one stars because I couldn't put zero stars. I ordered these baking cups in enough time to have them before a special event, and they never came. I ended up having to overnight some other brown cups from another store. I contacted the seller through Amazon marketplace and they never got back with me. And now, 3 weeks later, I just got an email saying my order has been canceled. If they were never planning on sending me something they were selling, they shouldn't be offering it for sale. At least they never charged my credit card. If they aren't going to fill orders, they don't need to be on Amazon. Do not order anything from this seller. You may or may not get it, who knows.

I was surprised to see the negative review about this seller. Every time I have ordered from them, and I have ordered other items than the brown liners, they arrive super fast and I am in Texas as well.I also sent them an email to ask them a question about my cupcakes pulling away from the liner and within a few hours they sent me a reply with some great advice. I was surprised they took the time to do that before I even bought their product.I LOVE these liners too. I have tried tons of wilton liners as well as grocery brand, reynolds, etc. and these have been the best ones. I make very moist cupcakes and so far, along with a method passed to me by Golda, the cupcake liners have worked great!I order a lot of baking goods and they are the first people I check with now to see if they have the items I need. I think they would have been happy to help you if you had let them. Sometimes people wait until the last minute to get something and then blame it on the seller...I dunno. Not trying to create blame - just give them a chance. Also, I think they are based in Canada...I would imagine when you checkout it would mention a shipping estimate from Canada to Texas...probably longer than someone locally.

I love this product. One seller is offering free shipping, I guess so when you charge nearly 5 times the cost of the other sellers. If you buy more than one product, the total is absurd for what you get. Overall, I highly recommend the product itself.
