I absolulely love these paper liners for cupcakes. They are made sturdy enough so that you don't have to use a cupcake pan, but when I tried without, they didn't come out uniformally round (the reason for 4 out of 5 stars). They are so colorful and work beautifully with my recipes. Some liners allow moisture to seep through the liner, but I have not had this problem with these liners. I keep a stock of these in my pantry at all time!

I credit myself to being a great baker and consumer. When I saw these cupcake liners I was foolishly swayed by their colorful presentation and overpaid for a cupcake liner. I was further foolishly swayed by their claim of "No Muffin Pan REQUIRED" which I knew must be impossible so why did I buy them? And why did I decide to use them without a muffin pan, at midnight, the night before my son's 18th birthday, to make his favorite cupcakes? The cupcakes came out square shaped except for the ones that caved the liner and ended up all over the cookie sheet like flat pancakes! What a total waste of time and money. I will use up the remaining liners IN A MUFFIN PAN and never buy this brand again.

I picked these up on a whim at a local discount store. They were very sturdy when I was filling them and held their shape fairly well when used without a cupcake pan. When I took them out of the oven they still looked great but by the next morning ever single wrapper had pulled away from the edge of the cupcake, taking bits and pieces of the side along with it. I used them with two different recipes and both had the same result. The wrappers were soggy feeling and I ended up taking them all off the cupcakes because they looked too horrible to present to guests. I was really surprised by how poorly these performed and have no idea what I'll do with the rest of the wrappers since they don't seem to be any good for baking.
