Cups had been crushed enough to leave a horizontal crease in cup, which weakened it. They collapsed when filled. I had to throw away many of them and very carefully fill new ones -- not worth the trouble and very frustrating. They need to be shipped in a plastic container like the ones I bought in the grocery store.

I've used these unbleached cupcake liners for two batches of cupcakes so far. I bought these from my neighborhood grocer. I like that they haven't been bleached. Individually, they are quite thin, but held up their form well. I had to carefully fit them into the muffin pan and they stayed put. The cupcakes turned out great. (I believe I have found the perfect cupcake recipe). The cupcake liner peels off very cleanly and does not stick to the cupcakes - less wastage! There isn't anything I don't like about these cupcake liners, so I guess I'll be giving the full five stars. :)
