These state that they are "approximately 100" liners, every pack I purchased was over 100, I didn't count, but ordered 3 Packs for 250 minis and never had to open the third package , they didn't stick excessively to my cupcakes or effect baking time so they were perfect. A bright lemony yellow that did not fade or brown in the oven. I'll order from goldas kitchen again, next time I need specific colors!
