I got these cups for making both mini muffins and serving chocolate truffles. Their off white color works well with the truffles and gives them a more rustic look than the bleached white cups more commonly available. They are a little larger also. This was great for the truffles but the cups didn't fit well in the mini muffin pans that I have. After filling, they needed to be pushed down a little. I would use them again for truffles, but I'll stick with the common grocery store mini cups for muffins.

As the previous reviewer wrote, these arrived somewhat flattened out. That is not as a result of Amazons shipping, let's be clear. These baking cups are not rigid, they are flimsy. Consider them more of a LINER than a BAKING CUP. I recently reviewed Fox Run Red Foil Mini Bake Cups, 48 Cups and after using those, it will forever be hard to go back to anything but the rigid-type of paper baking cup for me. These parchment liners are great if you are making for children, or for yourself -- any instance where the baked goodie won't need a perfect presentation. I understand they are considerably less expensive, so that helped raise up my star rating.

I purchased these mini muffin papers to make mini cupcakes. I have two silicone mini muffin pans, one a little smaller than the other. These baking cups a)didn't hold their shape in the box, so all of them were a little flattened out and b)were too big for my muffin pan. Because they were somewhat flattened, they kept popping out when I put them in the muffin pan and b/c they were too big, it caused parts of the paper to overlap and leave dents in the muffins.
