I'm new to making cupcakes, but in the last few months I've made quite a few gingerbread cupcakes. I've been to lots of shops to buy many different baking cups, I have quite a collection.Due to the fact that I use blackstrap molasses in the mix (which is very black and syrupy) some of the pretty baking cups look less pretty when they've come out the oven.I've bought baking cups that are thicker than these which look nicer when they come out the oven, and others that are similar in thickness to these. If I didn't have blackstrap molasses in the mix, the cups would probably look nicer when they come out the oven.In the end, they do their job and the price was very good. I may buy them again.
