Flags are good, cups are terrible

The cupcake cups soak in moisture from the cake batter and once cooked, you can no longer see the cute artwork printed into the cups. The flags are cute and I suppose might be worth the $1.75 for 24, but I'd recommend going with a plain paper cup instead.

Mrs. Spudman bought these for our little son-in-law who's in the Navy and likes all things pirate. A fleet of cupcakes dressed in pirate themed hulls with flags a-wavin' makes for a fun presentation. Well worth the money for us. Even pirates have a sweet tooth.

The image on the cupcake liner came out great on my vanilla cupcakes. Kid loved them. It's a good thing I wasn't needing 24 though, because there were only 23 pirate picks not the 24 it was supposed to come with. However, there were 26 cupcake liners not 24. I didn't bother contacting the company, because I only needed 18, but for anyone buying you might want to consider buying an extra pack if you need exactly 24 or order it early enough that you could contact the seller if the count isn't correct.
